ChainCosts publishes cost data about third-party crypto services. Using the site means accepting these terms. The short version: we report published numbers with sources, we do not give advice, and the providers we describe can change their fees at any time.

1. What this service is
ChainCosts is an informational index of fees, limits, and availability of crypto exchanges, swap services, and related tools, compiled from providers' official published pages. The site is free to read, requires no account, and holds no funds. How the data is gathered and checked is described on the methodology page.
2. No advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset or to use any particular provider. Comparison verdicts are mechanical statements about published prices, not suitability judgments. Crypto assets are volatile and can lose value; whether any service fits your situation is a decision only you (or a licensed adviser) can make.
3. Third-party fees and terms change
Every figure we publish carries a source link and a verification date, but providers change fees, limits, promotions, and regional availability without notice, and a page can lag the source it cites. We make no warranty — express or implied — that any figure is current, complete, or applicable to your account tier or region at the moment you read it. Always confirm the price on the provider's own page before transacting; we link it for exactly that reason. If you find a stale figure, report it via the contact page.
4. Referral links
Some outbound links are referral links that can earn ChainCosts a commission. They are
marked rel="sponsored" and never change the price you pay. The full

5. Acceptable use and content
You may read, quote, and cite pages with attribution and a link to the canonical URL. You may not scrape the site at volumes that degrade it, republish substantial portions as your own, or present our data in a way that misattributes verdicts or strips source citations. Site text, structure, and compiled datasets are the property of ChainCosts; provider names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the services being compared.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainCosts is not liable for any loss — including trading losses, missed savings, lost profits, or fees paid to third parties — arising from use of the site, reliance on any figure or verdict, or actions of any provider we link to. Your dealings with a provider are governed solely by that provider's own terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
7. Changes and governing terms
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continued use after an update means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
